The Feminist Wellness Workshop is designed for feminists, social justice activists, educators, and changemakers. In a unique three-hour experience, you'll engage with an interactive framework that you can tailor to your needs.You'll create and take away personalized, repeatable practices to sustain your work and well-being, all within a supportive community of like-minded women.

Activist Self-Care
We draw on powerful new evidence showcasing women’s ability to drive systemic change, using it as inspiration to help you connect with and embrace your own potential to do the same. We redefine self-care—not as a selfish act, but as a bold and transformative practice that amplifies your impact on the world.
Wellness ‘Rituals’
We acknowledge that bias and systemic barriers impact your well-being, and you need spaces for psychic, holistic healing. We use the word ritual to mean a space where transformation and growth can happen, in spaces that we make safe for ourselves as women.
Rinse + Repeat Resilience.
We can’t change the system overnight, but you will create personalized tools from interactive exercises that draw from your work and life experiences; you will have them with you to help sustain your activism and well-being. We recognize this as the work of inpowerment: the act of putting yourself in power in your own life as a woman in the manmade world.
Community Buildng
Feminist wellness thrives on solidarity and shared struggle. Surrounding yourself with allies eases isolation and reinforces your role in a larger movement. We also emphasize collective care and work to break barriers that separate women from each other
The Feminist Wellness Retreat
The feminist wellness retreat allows you to experience the work we do in the feminist wellness workshop over two nights and three days in a relaxing and rejuvenating setting that will nourish your body and mind and soothe your feminist soul. Retreat from toxic masculinity, bias and barriers into safe space with other like-minded changemakers.

Feminist wellness recognizes the systemic pressures that affect women’s well-being and the patriarchal structures that hinder changemakers and activists ’ efforts to drive change.
Feminist wellness also promotes prioritizing your needs as a woman changemaker to continue in your efforts to help others.
The feminist wellness workshop provides tools to navigate systemic pressures and foster self-compassion, confidence, and resilience.
The workshop will consist of afternoons for restful and rejuvenating self-care and interactive morning sessions focusing on three aspects of activist self-care: self-care as activism, inpowerment, and community building.
We will work in an interactive framework that you apply to your well-being needs and take home to integrate feminist wellness into your work and self-care regimine.

Feminist wellness promotes healing practices and restorative strategies to sustain your long-term activism.
We work in the space of “ritual,“ a space or container where healing happens, and a space that we create as safe for ourselves as women, by women, because of the lack of safe spaces for us inside the status quo.
Feminist rituals also introduce the idea of healing from patriarchal wounds, such as toxic masculinity and gas-lighting, grounded in conciousness-raising.

Feminist wellness prioritizes community-building and solidarity to unlearn taught tendencies of lack-mentality and competition and dismantle barriers that have traditionally siloed women from one another, especially along race and class lines.
We will experience the benefits of creating networks of mutual support and shared growth in our companies, causes, and communities.
We will also explore the idea and benefit of women’s collective self-care as a force to drive change, and create a more equitable and sustainable future.
